eWallets are a popular, quick and safe way to make all types of transactions. For your convenience, Investro offers a choice of eWallet options to deposit with. When you deposit using the eWallet option, your funds are instantly transferred into your trading account. In this way, you can quickly start trading the financial markets.
International Bank Transfer/ Wire Transfer
With Investro, you also have the option to use a wire transfer or international bank transfer to fund your trading account. While these options are not instant and as fast as credit and debit card transfers, Investro caters to all of our traders’ needs. Please be advised that by making a deposit using this payment option, it could take up to 7 business days for your capital to reflect in your trading account.
Local Bank Transfer
Local Bank Transfer Local bank transfer is also an option at Investro and you can deposit your trading funds into your account using this payment option. This may be a preferred payment option as it is often faster than international bank transfers and wire transfers. It will only take a few days to complete a local bank transfer transaction and for the funds to reflect in your Investro trading account.

How Do You Make a Withdrawal with Investro?

To complete the withdrawal of your funds and profits from your Investro trading account, simply follow these 3 simple and hassle-free steps.

1. Start the withdrawal process by completing the withdrawal request form here.

2. Provide the required details on the withdrawal form and send it to support@Investro.fm

3. Once your withdrawal form is processed and approved, the funds will be transferred to you.

At Investro, the security and safety of our account holders is our top priority. As a result, to protect you and ourselves from fraudulent activities and to comply with international, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Investro has put in place top security measures. To meet our security and regulatory requirements, our traders will be required to complete a verification process.

In order to complete the verification process and to start trading, you will be required to provide personal identification and information which you can submit online.

To complete the verification process, you will need to submit the following:

  • Proof of Identification (POI)
  • Proof of Residence (POR)

When you request a withdrawal, Investro will only process the request through the same payment method used originally to make a deposit. If you deposited funds via a bank transfer, you will be required to provide a screenshot or image that clearly reflects the original deposit transaction into your Investro account.
